Is CBD legal?

CBD is perfectly legal. For legal reasons, we are not allowed to sell our products as food supplements and it is not for human consumption. Products with a THC-value > 0.2% on the other hand are illegal.

What are the benefits of CBD?

On the website of Belgian pharmacists we read that, based on current scientific findings, the use of CBD could be interesting in the treatment of various conditions, such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, chronic pain, Parkinson’s disease and schizophrenia.

Do your products contain THC?

Our products have a THC value < 0.2%. Which ensures that our products are completely legal.

Is CBD on the dope list?

The use of CBD has been permitted since 1 January 2018. However, athletes should be aware that CBD products can always contain small amounts of THC.

How long is the delivery time?

At Hease we try to do everything we can to make the delivery time as short as possible. The delivery time of our products can vary from 1-3 working days.

How do I return my product.

You can return the products within a period of 14 days after receipt. Send us an email to support@hease.co. We will contact you within 1 to 2 working days with instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment. Once the return process has been completed, the full amount will be refunded via the original payment method. Please note, sealed products that have been unsealed will not be taken back. This is for hygienic reasons.

Managing your subscription is easy. You can change your delivery address, payment method, skip or change deliveries whenever you want. Follow the steps below to make changes to your subscription:

1. Register for an account or log in to your existing account here.

2. Click on “My Subscription”

3. Go to “Subscription details”

The standard for subscriptions is 30 days. If you still need a little more or less time, you can adjust this to the desired time in your profile menu.

If you notice any problems with the product when you receive it, we will exchange or return it to you at no extra cost. Please contact support@hease.co for more information on replacements and returns for defective items.

You can cancel or change your subscriptions at any time in your Account Menu. You can always contact us via support@hease.co.
